In that case it's not an iText problem (and therefore posting iText code doesn't really make sense). If you have your application working on some application servers, but not on others, you're definitely facing a local configuration issue. It could be anything. You suggest that you switched to iText 1.3. Why did you do that? Maybe you're confusing the iText version with the JDK version. (Try compiling the JDK1.3 branch of iText 2.0.7 with JDK 1.3.) Or maybe WSAD already has iText somewhere in the CLASSPATH. Or maybe WSAD has trouble finding resources (an image or an AFM file). The list of possible configuration problems is very long, and still I could be missing the issue that causes your specific problem. In other words: only you can solve this problem, because only you know your specific configuration. br, Bruno
