Sorry - no can do. PDF doesn't offer that level of content change from actions/scripting.
Now a better question. WHY would you want to do this? Gamma isn't something that would be appropriate to change directly in a color managed environment like PDF anyway - so I don't really understand what your workflow is that would wnat this...
