If that's the case (you didn't mention that before) - then it means
that you incorrectly set the scaling transform so that the image
isn't drawing 1:1.
However, it still remains that the JPEG (Joint PHOTOGRAPHIC Expert
Group) file format is NOT suitable for non-photo data.
