Each line on that document is created in exact the same way: the RTL and LTR text is done correctly because the RunDirection was changed; the glyphs show up because FontSelector was used. Please read Chapter 9 to have a better understanding of FontSelector and RunDirection. When you say you didn't find an answer, I can only wonder if you've really read Chapter 9. (If you want a BETTER answer, you will have to provide the bytes.
