RTF specification does not support this. All page sizes are determined at the 
time of rendering/printing the document, not at time of creation.

Is there any way we can do the PdfWriter.fitsPage() for RTF
documents? It looks like only way we can do is to find out 
numbers of rows a page can contain and count them!
