Your explanation is clear to me, but you've read chapter 18, so you know that you're doing something that isn't obvious, and... I'm sorry to say that, as the book suggests, you'll need a PDF expert to do this. There are some PDF experts on this list, but I doubt it if they'll be willing to offer their expertise for free.
