Bruno has told you that it would be difficult to remove the headers and
footers.
OTOH, it should be easy for you to remove the text that is in the headers and
footers. If you'll post a simple example PDF from which you'd like the
headers and footers text content to be removed, we'll be glad to show you
how to do it.
