Well, I'm printing from a .NET client and neither are .NET. Just call an 
external process and don't stick to "everything must be in Java". I have the 
advantage that I only work in Windows, though.

I knew I forgot something important - Need to silent print from a JAVA 
client.
Ghostcript and xpdf are not java libs, but thanks for the suggestion.
