What I did with this file is to pass it as parameter to the concatenate
method I've mentioned in my first post. This method generates a new pdf file
with just a "plain page" - meaning there is no content on the page. It is
completely "white".
If you now take a pdf file which was not generated by Reporting Services
(for example on
http://itext.ugent.be/library/com/lowagie/examples/general/HelloWorld.pdf)
and execute the concatenate command on it you will get an exact copy with
the "Hello World" text as content. Just as it is supposed to be.
Have I made my issue a little bit clearer?
