I guess a reasonable question may be, " what is a good choice for a document interchange format?" Something to which you could export every proprietary thing and import easily with itext. I think if you want to argue about words, I'm hoping to get back to the recent past where standards like ASCII were more worried about information interchange rather than trying to make virtual copies of [ more archaic ] paper, papyrus, or stone. LOL. There is no question that human interface and visual data are important but they tend to be overemphasized by "document" folks IMO. > > Cheers, > alexis > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > _______________________________________________ > iText-questions mailing list > [email protected] > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/itext-questions > > Buy the iText book: http://www.1t3xt.com/docs/book.php _________________________________________________________________ Windows Live™ SkyDrive: Get 25 GB of free online storage. http://windowslive.com/online/skydrive?ocid=TXT_TAGLM_WL_skydrive_032009 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________ iText-questions mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/itext-questions Buy the iText book: http://www.1t3xt.com/docs/book.php
