I opened this up and worked with it in Acrobat Professional 9.1 and it worked fine. Do you have the 9.1 update?

I don't think this is due to an iText issue, and I am hoping that Adobe experts can help me out here. When opened with Adobe Reader 9, the first page looks OK. The charts on the second page are wider than the page width, so that's OK too. Zoom in; you will observe that the charts will not get resized right away. To see the effect of zooming, set the page display to "single page", page forward/backward. Print the file, the size of the printed charts is much smaller than what is displayed.
