The new version of the USCIS I-9 is password protected to prevent modification to the Form Fields, that's fine.
But now, when you try to fill the fields (not modify) you get: "PdfReader not opened with owner password" This does not make sense, a password is not required when the form is opened with Adobe Reader to fill, why should a password be required to fill it with text? Is there a way to fill forms without using stamper? Regards Deon
