If your PDF is a dynamic XFA-based PDF, then you can remove ALL BUT THE
"minimum required" parts of a valid PDF.

You are talking about removing the 'PDF part' of the PDF File and only
keep the 'XML part' ?!
I supposed that I have to replace the 'PDF part ' by something created
from scratch'??
