There is page content (normal text on a page) and there are annotations that go
on top of that content (such as popup notes and form fields) - AT LEAST in a
standard PDF.
In an XFA-based PDF (as created by LiveCycle Designer) there is form
presentation and field values.
So start by telling us what type of PDF we are working with and clarify what
exactly you wish to change. Sample PDFs are always good...

I noticed that there are two kinds of text in pdf file ,one is text feild and
the other one is text, now usually we use iTextSharp to fill text fields(by
call the function 'SetField..'), but how can I use iTextSharp to fill the text
in pdf?
