Can we use that text in the next version of Reader? It's so much more clear
and useful ;).
(and I especially want to include the "don't bother the nice people on the
iText mailing list" part!!)

Nothing is wrong with the form.
It's just that you opened the PDF in Adobe Reader which is a product
that you can use to view PDFs. You have submitted the form to a server,
and the server returned HTML in answer to your request.
Now Adobe Reader says: "hey, why are you sending me HTML? I'm a tool
that can be used to view PDFs. Why aren't you using a browser to view
your PDF? At least open the form in the Adobe Reader browser plug-in and
don't bother the nice people on the iText mailing list with silly
questions like this." (That's more or less what the error message means.)
