Stamper in append mode should work fine with XFA as well...

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help me combine the techniques shown in
http://1t3xt.info/examples/browse/?page=example&id=433 and
http://1t3xt.info/examples/browse/?page=example&id=348 .

I have managed to fill a dynamic form with a dataset from an XML file, but if
done per the example/proof of concept then break the enabling. The examples
give two ways of getting around this - to remove it (which obviously doesn't
let the user save the filled PDF) or to use the stamper in append mode. Is
there a way of combining these two to have a filled XFA with preserved enabling?

Cheers,

Simon Freiberg
