Hi,

I have tried without success to find how to get the formatting style on
an AcroField.

First - I create my Open Office Document with a Text Field - I set the
formatting to "Date", and select the "DD MMMM YYYY" Option. I know that
no text is auto formatted by iText so what I want to do is retrieve the
formatting code from the PDF, do the formatting myself, and set the
field appropriately. I cannot find anywhere where I can get the code.

As an alternative, Open Office provides an "Additional Information" on
the Field - but I can't find where this is either on iText! Any help
would be much appreciated.

Cheers,

Matt
