Hi, I saw a file in the net (www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw4.pdf) that can let u use annotations and signing and any modification on the file. I downloaded this file and same permissions are granted. So i thought it would be the document permissions.
I made a file with iText without protection, but when i open it i can't have these same permissions that i was looking for. I tried with the encryption by allowing everything but when i opened the file and saw the properties on the acrobat reader i viewed that all permissions are authorized on the document. But in the restrictions there is "unauthorized" on comments and signing. Can someone explain me that ? if it is possible to allow everything on the file even annotation and signature while creating a new file can u please tell me how ?
