It depends on what your output format is.  If you're building HTML, the
ALT is all you need.

 

PDF?  Not so much.

 

In PDF, you need to add Structure (and Marked Content, neither of which
are simple).

I see that I can assign the alt attribute to an image I embed in a
document, but I dont think that is the same as tagging a document for
accessibility purposes. Is there a way for me to tag an image using
iTextSharp?
