That's great.

Yes indeed, for multiple signature you definitively have to work in append
mode (but as you already did something a bit more advanced than simple
standard signing I was sure you knew).

Still, your signature fields show that same incorrectness observed before:

Unfortunately creating such signatures is not directly supported by iText
