I bet you can't access the file on your server even if you're not using 
iTextSharp. Either the file is missing, or you don't have the right 
permissions, or (most likely:) the path to your file is all wrong 
because you've made the wrong assumptions about the working directory of 
the web server.

This is NOT an iTextSharp question.

Try accessing the file in a simple application that doesn't involve 
iTextSharp. You'll see: that won't work either because of one of the 
reasons listed above.
