On the other hand: it's not very polite to judge on people that actually help you. Try working for free for over 10 years on an excellent library, and then look if you're still that polite yourself ;-) At some point, you'll question the people who constantly (not once, not twice, but every day, again and again) try to 'take advantage' of you, even on matters that are not related to your expertise.
