There was no data other than a simple text string that's why. However,
changing it to composite mode still doesn't recognize the fonts.
BaseFont bf;
bf = BaseFont.createFont("c:/windows/fonts/RAVIE.ttf",
BaseFont.WINANSI,
BaseFont.EMBEDDED);
Font ft = new Font(bf,12);
ct.addElement(new Paragraph(text, ft));
