Scratch that. I just realized I'm running version 4.1.2 I just compared versions 4.1.2 and 4.1.6, MarkUsed was added in 4.1.6 so I obviously don't have that method in the version I'm using.
Also, I noticed that the MarkUsed method comments say that this method has been used in itextsharp since version 2.1.5 which is incorrect. I think that comment might have been just copied from itextpdf.
