Thanks for your help. The problem was with the certificate we were issued from our PKI team. We have since received the correct certificate and have been successful in testing with client machines that have Adobe 8.x or earlier. However we are still having an issue trying to apply a signature to the PDF using Adobe 9.x. When a user clicks on the PDF's signature field (embedded in a JSP using an iFrame), the dialog box that allows the user to select their verification cert does not display. No errors are thrown.
We are uncertain if this is an iText issue, or an Adobe 9.x issue. Any thoughts or comments on this would be appreciated.
