We are using iText library to print Chinese characters inputted by users in web
forms to PDF. According to ISO/IEC 10646-2:2001 or above, there are 4-byte
Chinese characters in Extension B (CJK Unified Ideographs Extension B
(20000–2A6DF)). But checking the source of com.itextpdf.text.pdf.CJKFont (iText
5.0.5), such as the readCMap function, the for loop has a max limit as 0x10000,
and checking iTextAsian.jar, there are no cmap for ucs4 also. Is that means now
CJKFont do not support characters beyong 0xFFFF? Would there be any plans to
support, or any hints we could workaround this problem at this moment?

Thanks a lot for any help in advance.
