Doing the needful? I don't know what you mean by that. You need to optimize your code, but I can't help you with that. I've been manipulating 400MB documents without any problem in the past. Maybe my programming was better than yours, maybe I had more RAM at my disposal, maybe my PDFs were of a different nature, maybe I was using a more recent iText version,... In any case: your problem is not our problem.
