Leonard, thanks for the reply.
I know it's not the PDF and this has always been working UNTIL we upgraded
to Reader X and IE8. The problem is the "done printing" additional action
not always working.
If you use this as the action...it still doesn't work.
PdfAction donePrintingAction = PdfAction.javaScript("app.alert(\'Document
did print \'); \r",pdfWriter);
pdfWriter.setAdditionalAction(PdfName.DP, donePrintingAction);
