Hi, this is my first post to this list. My name is Diego and I am using iText to generate labels with barcode. I've tried several way of barcode generation, e.g. as a tempalte with barcode, as an iText image and as an awt image, but the result is always the same: a kinda anti-aliasing effect appears on the edge of bars, like a gray 1-pixel line. Since the data are correct (e.g.: the awt image is only black and white), I would like to know if there is any way to remove this rendering problem, because it may cause the barcode not to be read by some instruments. Actually I am using Interleaved 2 of 5 barcode, but I need to remove this "anti-aliasing" effect on all barcode type. All susggestions are welcome.
