So you're using setLocalDestination(destination) in a document X.pdf,
and you're using setLocalGoto(destination) in a document Y.pdf.

That can't work, can it?
The local destination is "local to X.pdf", but "remote to Y.pdf".

In section 7.1.2 of "iText in Action - 2nd edition", there's a subsection
entitled "Named destinations and PdfCopy". It explains the nature of
your problem and how to work around it.
