I could suggest to add a JavaScript alert and JavaScript code to prevent
changing the field,
but chances are Preview won't execute the JavaScript code either.

Some may say the fact that Preview ignores the flag is a bug,
but the truth is that Preview is not a full-blown PDF viewer.
In general, it's a bad idea to use Preview for forms. Use Adobe Reader!

All of the data generated in your IT infrastructure is seriously valuable.
Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. IT sense. And common sense.
