Right-to-left text doesn't really depend on the font (except that the 
font needs to support Arabic in your case).
Right-to-left text requires that you set a property in iText.
This property is available in the ColumnText and the PdfPCell object.
If Flying Saucer doesn't set that property, you have to ask the 
developers of Flying Saucer to adapt their code.
