If itext supports the specific encoding of that image, it is possible.
But if you'd searched the list, you should have noticed that there are
many different encodings for images.
In your second statement you say you are 'currently trying'. I don't
think you tried or you would have said I can't extract the image. If you
want help, show us the code you already have and where the problem or
exception occurs.
When looking at the file I find the following:
Please help..its an ASAP requirement.
