You can NOT have a local server running on a machine with Adobe Reader 
returning FDF/XFDF – it's against our EULA.

I have AcroForm in my PDF.
I will call "http://localhost:3030/abc/xyz.do?mode=saveForm&moduleName=prform"; 
on submit Button.

It will returns XFDF include..

and still I got the error..

Plz... help me

Maybe you're submitting your form from the standalone Adobe Reader and
maybe your server returns HTML.
It's obvious that Adobe Reader can't interpret HTML. Did you read
chapter 9 of the book?
