A "list" is a specific type of a "choice" field. A list field has a name, and can return one (default) or more (multiple select) values. A "checkbox" is a specific type of a "button" field. A checkbox can have different states: On/Off, True/False, 1/0,... A checkbox with a specific name can be represented using different widgets. But a "checkbox with same name" can return one and only one value. In no event can the different widget of "a checkbox with same name" have different values. This has been explained to you before. PLEASE DO NOT REPEAT THE SAME QUESTION OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Change the question because the way it's phrased right now, you'll always get the same answer.
