That said, you shouldn't expect support on this list:
- for old versions of iText : 5.0.1 is more than 2 years old, current
version is 5.3.0
- for deprecated APIs : HTMLWorker has been discarded in favor of XMLWorker

- if you don't provide a small, self-contained, running example. The code
you provided is FAR too long, and you don't even mention what the thrown
error is.
Don't get me wrong, people are surely willing to help you here, but you'll
have to make some efforts to make that possible.
