After sorting the "source code" you provided (which obviously never had a chance to compile, let alone run) I ran it and got a "java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException: SHA256 MessageDigest not available". So I added the appropriate BouncyCastle provider and ran it again. VoilĂ ! No exception anymore. Especially no "java.security.InvalidKeyException: Illegal Key must not be null" as you reported. Thus, if you still have that problem, supply working Java code which does reproduce the issue.
