Er... you're measuring an XObject that inherited its dimensions from the
MediaBox.
It doesn't know anything about the rotation, nor about the existence of a
CropBox.
Please use the appropriate methods mentioned in my original answer.

I don't see any reply from you or any code that gets a crop box. Can you reply
again and include the code that shows how to get a crop box or a rectangle and
that there is a rotation somewhere?
