A simple idea could be to draw the PDF page onto a bitmap (using PrintScreen
or something while keeping the bitmap size same as PDF page size) and then
draw the bounding box of each character that we get from TextRenderInfo onto
the same bitmap and see if each character gets "caged" into a box.
