Thank you for this information. However this demo uses HTMLWorkerHelper. I am 
completely lost as to where this exists...

I looked through everything I could think of in the iTextSharp.dll and I can't 
find a reference to this object/class.

I can see the sample code using it, but the sample code (not that I could find) 
explains how to implement it.
