"Probably_Corrupted - Adobe Annotated.pdf" is shorter than Probably_Corrupted.pdf; thus, it obviously is not done in append-mode, i.e. as an incremental update. It, therefore, would be only fair to also manipulate the PDF in iText without enforcing append-mode. And indeed, without requiring append-mode, iText is happy to stamp your file.
