Define "blank":

IF the PDF has 0 bytes: this is not a PDF-related question, try 
uploading any other file. Once you get that right, you'll also be able 
to upload PDFs.

IF the PDF structure seems to be OK, but you get nothing but blank 
pages: this is not an iText-related question. You're uploading the PDF 
file as if it were plain ASCII (the structure of the PDF is, the content 
streams aren't). You are seeing pages in the document, but you aren't 
seeing any content, because the viewer can't decode the corrupted 
streams. Once you start using the right encoding for the bytes, your 
problem will be solved.
