Buenas!
El error que tienes ahora significa simplemente que no tienes instalado
el paquete "fancyhdr" (con lo cual falla el comando
"\usepackage{fancyhdr}" en el fichero "Config/pfc_options.tex" falla.
Ese paquete es uno de los que deben/pueden venir con una instalación de
LaTeX (claro que, ¡hay tantos!). En mi caso (Ubuntu 8.10), el fichero
fancyhdr.sty lo proporciona el paquete "texlive-latex-base". ¿Puedes
instalarlo? Eso debería eliminar el problema. La lista de los paquetes
LaTeX que tengo instalados es:

Ayer para solucionar el error 'bk12.clo' hize dos cosa:
1) Cambiar en Main.tex todas las directivas \input{Config/x.tex} por
\input{./Config/x.tex}
2) Añadír a la variable TEXINPUTS la ruta
/usr/share/texmf-texlive/tex/latex/base en el .bashrc.
Al ejecutar $latex Main.tex me aparece este mensaje:
