Ok thanks, it is working perfectly.
Really easier than using directly the package
Kernel::System::ImportExport.

Thanks.

Hi,

there should be a file called ImportExport.pl in your otrs/bin folder
(e.g. /opt/otrs/bin/ImportExport.pl).

You can use this script to import and export the items from the
templates you've created in the Import/Export section.

Frank

Betreff: [itsm] Import/Export from batch

Hi,
I am currently using OTRS 2.2.7 with ITSM 1.1.2 . I am trying to do
import / export of my hardware inventory. I have done some template
witch are working fine, but now I am trying to use them from script, in
order to have weekly/daily status of Use/Spare computers.

I tryed to use directly the package "Kernel::System::ImportExport" from
the file "ImportExport.pm", but with no success so far, some global
param seems to be initiate ($Self? ).

Could you please help me to scheduled export ? (If it can be scheduled
from the web interface it would be perfect, but I haven't see this kind
of option.)
