We are currently adopt OTRS ITSM 1.2.2 on our Enterprise.
But today we wants to get report in form of register of all equipment (ITSM
CLASS - Hardware and Computer): list of equipment with all fields from
description of class.
Example:
NameField TypeField NumberField
OwnerField NoteField OtherFields
1. Printer1 - Printer - Number1
-Owner1 - Note1 -:
2. Printer2 - Printer - Number2
-Owner2 - Note2 -:
3. Computer1 - Computer - Number3 -Owner1
- Note3 -:
:
I tried to do such report though wizard but I see that this tool gives us
something like consolidated report than register.
How can I make this real?
