Within Notification Management, there is a window shows - Agent (All with write permission), Agent (Owner),Agent (responsible), customer I have created a helpdesk user name, support user name, both under same queue/group, so that both should receive notifications, under this circumstances, may i know should i select Agent (responsible) at the above window, so that both users, i.e. helpdesk and support will receive notification email ?
