Hy all,
we currently have an instance of otrs::itsm running and we are looking to make
some tweaks,
for example:
adding in the answer template the Additionnal ITSM Fields,
so when we write an answer from OTRS we can as well in the same window
put the:
Repair Start Time:
Recovery Start Time:
Due Date:
adding in the notification emails informations from the Additionnal ITSM Fields.
Anyone have any clue about this ?
