in ITSM we have preconfigured 5 CI categories: Computer/Hardware/ Location/Network/Coftware. How can I add a new category, for example, Router?? Which files do I need to touch? :)
You do not need to touch any files. all you need to do is setting up a new Class in GeneralCatalog and a new CI Class definition in Admin -> ConfigItem.
