What ISTM Modules do you already have installed? Normally the extra Reports are added when for example you install the ITSMIncidentProblemManagement Module. However, I have found that i needed to re-install the ITSMServiceLevelManagement Module for them to appear. That might well be a problem with my installation or the order in which installed the packages.
