estou com uma d�vida no Gerenciamento de n�vel de servi�o. Preciso ent�o do
parecer dos ilustr�ssimos colegas da lista !
Ficha de especifica��o de servi�o x plano de qualidade de servi�o: na ficha tem que
ser descrito o que � "necess�rio internamente para entregar o servi�o". O plano
"descreve o que precisamos para entregar a qualidade desejada". N�o estou conseguindo
ver a diferen�a entre um e outro ...
